Winter Exhibition - 21st - 26th November 2011

To be held at The Arc, arts and recreation centre, 39 Weston Drive, Caterham, Surrey,
CR3 5XY

Setting up - Sunday 20th November. Taking down Sunday 27th November.

Everyone will have the opportunity to set-up and steward this exhibition.

The exhibitions are a good opportunity to offer your work for sale. Small commission is requested towards our resident charity, ‘The Garwood Foundation, Bramley Hill’.

Summer Exhibition - Saturday 2nd July 2011 - 12:00 noon to 16:30 p.m.

The Rotary Field Fair is orgnised by the Rotary Club of Coulsdon Manor. Held at Grange Park, Coulsdon Road.

Members can submit upto 4 paintings.

All paintings to be fixed with eye screws and string ready to hang, with card ttaached to the front bearing - title, artist's name and price.

Hanging fee £1.00 per painting.

Paintings to be submitted at 10:00.m. SHARP.

The intention is to raise funds in support of the Garwood Foundation, therefore no commission will be taken but small donation of 5% from paintings sold would be appreciated.

Please do NOT drive on to Grange Park when delivering and collecting paintings.
